China and the U.S. have reached five consensus as visiting U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken wrapped up his trip in China. The two sides agree to effectively manage differences and advance dialogue, exchanges and cooperation. Dr. Josef Gregory Mahoney, professor of politics at East China Normal University, says that China-U.S. relations will be one step forward and one or two steps backward as the Biden administration splits far on the perception of China.
