Blinken visiting China is a good thing for the two sides to talk and understand each other's concerns. The anti-China narrative in U.S. is partly constructed by the American military-industrial complex, who needs an an enemy to flourish; and partly due to racism, says former CIA intelligence analyst Ray McGovern.
