Chinese Premier Li Qiang has arrived in Paris, the last stop of his six-day European visit. During his speech at the dinner with the Chinese and French business communities, Li put forward a three-point proposal on deepening China-France cooperation, which includes jointly maintaining the security and stability of global industrial and supply chains, strengthening cooperation on innovation, and fostering a sound business environment. Liu Baocheng, dean of the Center for International Business Ethics at the University of International Business and Economics, says the proposal is a very visionary and practical approach to address current global issues.
