At the ongoing China International Cartoon and Animation Festival held in Hangzhou, CGTN interviewed storyboard artist Nira Liu from Pixar Animation Studio. Liu worked on Disney and Pixar's newly released animation film "Elemental." He shared how the creation process has achieved an "unimaginable" standard of technology.
