The EU adopted the 11th package of sanctions against Russia on Friday.

The sanctions package includes measures to strengthen bilateral and multilateral cooperation with third countries to impede sanctions' circumvention, prohibit the transit of goods and technology via Russia, and prohibit the transit of goods and technology via Russia, the EU Council said in a statement.
