The head of the International Atomic Energy Agency, Rafael Grossi, on Friday held talks with Alexei Likhachev, the head of Russia's state nuclear energy company Rosatom, in Russia's Kaliningrad over the situation at the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant, Sputnik News reported.
