Two killed, seven missing after fishing boat capsizes off the Philippines

Two people were killed and seven others were still missing as of 7:30 a.m. local time on Friday after a fishing boat capsized off the coast of Davao Oriental, the Philippines, the Philippine Coast Guard said.
The fishing boat had a total of 23 crew members, 14 of whom were rescued.
