The 19th China International Cartoon and Animation Festival underway in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province has welcomed guests from around the world. CGTN's Chen Yilin spoke to French cartoonist and sculptor Kristian, who is also a jury member for China's top cartoon and animation award - The Golden Monkey King Awards. He said the event has become more famous worldwide. 2024 will be the 60th anniversary of China-France diplomatic relations and the China-France Year of Culture and Tourism. He hopes to deepen cultural exchanges between the two countries. The festival ends on Saturday, June 24.
