AFP is reporting that the head of the Wagner mercenary group, Yevgeny Prigozhin, has said his 25,000 forces are "ready to die" to topple Russia's military leaders. Prigozhin had earlier vowed to retaliate, after accusing the Russian military of targeting his forces with a missile strike. The mayor of Moscow said anti-terrorist measures are being taken to reinforce security, and additional checks on roads have been introduced.
