Putin vows 'harsh response' to attempted Wagner rebellion

Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Saturday that the response will be harsh and decisive actions have been taken to stabilize situation in Rostov-on-don.
The Wagner rebellion is "stab in the back" to Russia, added Putin.
