Units of Russia's Wagner private military group are leaving the territory of the Voronezh region in regular mode and without incident, the Governor of the Voronezh Region Alexander Gusev said on social media, as Russia appears to have stabilized the situation after Wagner was accused of attempting to launch an armed rebellion. At the same time, in the neighboring Rostov region, all transport restrictions have been lifted, Russian news agencies reported on Sunday, citing local officials.
