Wagner chief Yevgeny Prigozhin has called off a rebellion by his mercenary group, which had seized military sites in the Russian city of Rostov-on-Don. The regional governor, Vasily Golubev, announced that Wagner forces had departed the city on Saturday night and headed back to their field camps.
