Northern China continues to sizzle under scorching temperatures. Beijing, along with neighboring Hebei and Tianjin, have been hit by over 40 degrees Celsius in the past several days. 14 National Meteorological Center stations have reported record high temperatures. Meanwhile, the continuous heavy rainfall in southern China has gradually eased. But downpours are expected to hit the Sichuan area tomorrow.
