Communication and exchange should be cherished, Chinese Premier Li Qiang said on Tuesday, urging the countries to strengthen dialogue to avoid misunderstandings.

Li made the remarks at the opening of the 14th Annual Meeting of the New Champions, also known as the Summer Davos Forum, in north China's Tianjin Municipality.
