Recently, many parts of the world have been experiencing extreme weather, and the issue of climate change has aroused widespread concern. According to the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change's assessment report, climate change has resulted in a trend of frequent, widespread, intense, and concurrent extreme weather events over the last 50 years. The World Meteorological Organization report also shows that the number of global disasters has increased fivefold in the last 50 years due to the effects of climate change.
