On average, 500-700 people are diagnosed with dengue every day in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The shortage of hospital beds also exacerbates the situation, as the number of patients surpasses the available capacity. Consequently, patients are being treated in hospital corridors and on the floor due to the overwhelming pressure. CGTN's Hossain Tareq visited Mugda Medical College Hospital, the largest hospital dedicated to treating dengue in Dhaka.
