Kyiv says Russian missile strike killed 10 in Kramatorsk restaurant

A Russian missile struck a restaurant in the eastern Ukrainian city of Kramatorsk on Tuesday, killing at least 10 people and wounding 61 others, Ukrinform reported, citing the police service of Ukraine.
There has been no response from Russia.
