Hong Kong's streets have been decorated with flags, banners and giant posters in preparation for celebrating the 26th anniversary of the region's return to the motherland in 1997. Twenty-six years on, the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region has been on a broad path of leveraging complementary advantages in joint development with the mainland.
