IMF and Pakistan reach $3b staff-level deal to release bailout funds

The International Monetary Fund (IMF) and Pakistan reached a $3-billion staff-level agreement to release bailout funds, the agency said in a statement on Friday.
The staff-level agreement is subject to approval by the IMF Executive Board, with its consideration expected by mid-July.
