Environmentalists and groups representing fishermen in the Philippines held a forum on Thursday to oppose the Japanese government's plan to discharge Fukushima nuclear-contaminated water into the sea. Demonstrators also gathered in front of the Japanese embassy and petitioned at the Malacanang Presidential Palace on Friday.
