Today marks the 102nd anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China (CPC), and celebrations are being held across the country. Xia Lu, associate professor at the School of Marxism Studies at Renmin University of China, says that diversity, inclusiveness and consistency are key words in the statistics of CPC members.
