A high-speed rail begins operations today in western China's Qinghai Province, with plans to further connect the mountainous autonomous region of Xizang. The trains have been modified to withstand travel at high altitudes and in low temperatures. CGTN's reporter Xu Xinchen brings his experiences from Delingha station in Qinghai Province.
