Rescue workers in parts of China have been carrying out evacuations as torrential rains triggered floods and landslides, leaving people and livestock stranded in waterlogged areas since June 30.

Floods, mudslides, landslides and other disasters hit several local towns, inundating farmlands, blocking roads, damaging infrastructure and affecting people's lives.
