As the second largest contributor to the regular budget of the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) of the United Nations, China will continue to actively support the FAO's work, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Wang Wenbin said on Monday.

At a daily press briefing, Wang said China congratulates on Chinese candidate and incumbent FAO Director-General Qu Dongyu for winning another term with 168 votes.
