The Belt and Road Initiative was a natural occurrence (from the ancient Silk Road), connecting merchants across different worlds for thousands of years, according to Eng. Saleh Khabti, Deputy Investment Minister for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He emphasized that China's success story over the past few decades offers valuable lessons and successes that can be learned from, benefiting Saudi Arabia and the Arab world.
