Chefs de Mission Seminar of Asian Para Games held in Hangzhou

The Chefs de Mission Seminar of the Hangzhou Asian Para Games opened in Hangzhou, east China's Zhejiang Province, on Monday, updating 45 delegation chiefs of National Paralympic Committees (NPC) in Asia about the Games preparations, with 32 of them attending on site and 13 online.

During the five-day conference, the organizers will release policies and procedures related to the Asian Para Games to chefs de mission, including accreditation, transportation, accommodation and catering services.

The delegation chiefs will also tour competition venues and the Asian Para Games Village to thoroughly inspect the facilities and site conditions, as well as the city's West Lake to appreciate the local culture.

The 4th Asian Para Games will be held in Hangzhou from October 22 to 28, featuring some 3,800 athletes from 45 countries and regions competing in 22 sports, following the Asian Games scheduled from September 23 to October 8. 

The last chefs de mission seminar of the Games was held online in November 2021.
