The opening ceremony of the 2023 Maritime Silk Road International Documentary Film Festival was held in Quanzhou, the starting point of the Maritime Silk Road, on Monday. Documentary filmmakers, scholars and industry elites from around the world gathered to exchange ideas and identify opportunities of cooperation.
