Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, crown prince of Dubai, said in a tweet on Tuesday that he inaugurated the "world's largest and most efficient" waste-to-energy facility in Warsan featuring an investment of AED 4 billion (about $1 billion).
