First responders have been prevented from entering Jenin refugee camp in West Bank to treat injured people, a WHO spokesperson said on Tuesday, as Israeli forces killed 10 Palestinians in a large-scale operation Monday in West Bank that the army labelled an "extensive counterterrorism effort," involving air strikes and hundreds of troops.
