The central axis of Beijing is an extremely outstanding achievement in the construction of the ancient city of Beijing, with a total length of 7.8 kilometers and composed of several buildings in different parts of the city, which has important historical, cultural value and represents the highest level of ancient Chinese architecture. Organized by the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Cultural Heritage and the Beijing Central Axis Heritage Protection Office, the third Competition for the Transmission and Promotion of Beijing Central Axis began to solicit ideas from the world between June 15 and the end of August, with the basic guidance of life, internationalization, digitalization and socialization, aiming to enhance the communication power and influence of Chinese civilization. CGTN interviewed two teams that have made great achievements in these aspects and introduced how they empower traditional culture through new technical means and concepts, making traditional culture increasingly younger.
