Ukrainian governor claims Russian shelling injures 31 in Kharkiv

A total of 31 people, including nine children, were injured in the Russian shelling of Ukraine's Kharkiv, regional governor Oleh Synehubov said via Telegram on Tuesday.
There has been no response from the Russian side.
