2023 marks the 10th anniversary of Chinese President Xi Jinping's speech at the 2013 Boao Forum for Asia. It marks another step in China's long march in leading progressive change in global governance, said Martin Albrow, a fellow at the British Academy of Social Sciences, in a video message on July 5 in Beijing to the China and the World: Towards Building a Community with a Shared Future for Mankind.
