In an interview with China Media Group (CMG), Sheradil Baktygulov, a foreign affairs consultant at the Kyrgyz National Institute for Strategic Studies, said that the Global Development Initiative, Global Security Initiative and Global Civilization Initiative proposed by China are the three essential pillars to unite the world and make it prosper.
