The Third Dialogue on Exchanges and Mutual Learning among Civilizations and the First World Conference of Sinologists takes place in Beijing. In this exclusive with CGTN's Wang Guan, Liu Jianchao, head of the International Department of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee, explains why he believes exchanges between different civilizations can "enhance mutual learning and understanding" and "ensure lasting peace."
