Young representatives from Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan and Kyrgyzstan discussed their roles in the SCOLAR Network, a youth-led initiative platform affiliated with the Secretariat of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO), during a roundtable hosted by CGTN's Enoch Wong. They explored the importance of youth organizations in promoting dialogue, creating social impact and addressing security challenges in the region. Botakoz Yelshibek highlighted the importance of youth-led consensus building for change. Jennet Orazova underscored the necessity of technology and internet access in giving voice to the young, while Kemal Kalimov acknowledged the potential of the SCOLAR network in shaping future multicultural relationships between China and Central Asia. Together, they painted a picture of collective growth and opportunity driven by the youth of today.
