Due to continuous rainfall, the Huangguoshu Waterfall experienced a dramatic rise in its water levels, reaching the highest water volume of the year during the 2023 flood season. According to the measurement data from the Hydrology and Water Resources Bureau of Anshun City, Guizhou Province, the flow rate at Huangguoshu Waterfall reached a peak of 427 cubic meters per second on that day.

Huangguoshu Waterfall is one of the largest waterfalls in East Asia and is located on the Baishui River in Anshun, Guizhou. It is 77.8 meters high and 101 meters wide.
