Russian expert: SCO demonstrates rationality and attractiveness

Stanislav Korolev, the director of the SCO National Center for Public Diplomacy in Russia, discussed the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) with CGTN correspondent Evgenia Strygina. He stated that the SCO exhibits rationality and attractiveness, and sets the course for the development of international relations. "The SCO has created a new system of relations based on good neighborliness, mutual understanding and respect," he added.
