The Global Security Initiative proposed by Chinese President Xi Jinping is a new vision of security, based on moving away from confrontation and toward partnership, said Murad Bahadyrov, associate professor at the Department of International Relations, the University of World Economy and Diplomacy of Uzbekistan, in an interview with CGTN.
