Russian expert: President Xi's initiatives are deeply rooted in China's traditional culture

Chinese President Xi Jinping's speech at the summit and his global strategic initiatives are undoubtedly very important for building good-neighborly relations among countries around the world, said Alexander Ershov, a researcher at the Institute of China and Contemporary Asia, Russian Academy of Sciences, in an interview with CGTN. He added that all of President Xi's initiatives are deeply rooted in thousands of years of Chinese tradition and culture.
