Simply for saving costs, Japan has insisted on discharging the nuclear-contaminated water into the sea despite the concerns and opposition from the international community. For some Japanese politicians, the thing they are concerned about most is saving costs, ignoring the long-term harm to human health, the ecological environment and future generations.
