Authorities say at least 17 people have been killed and two are missing after heavy rain and flooding in the southwestern Chinese city of Chongqing. So far 11,000 people have been evacuated due to days of torrential rain. Tens of thousands more in dozens of towns and villages have been affected by the extreme weather. Guo Tianqi visited Wuqiao District and Changtan Town, which are among the worst affected areas.
