U.S. Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen is in Beijing on a four-day visit. After landing in Beijing, Yellen wrote on social media that the U.S. is seeking healthy economic competition that would benefit its workers and firms, and to collaborate on global challenges. Li Yong, the chief researcher at the D&C Thinktank, says that “healthy economic competition” is one-sided and kind of a unilateral demand.
