A group of Japanese protesters rallied outside government buildings in Tokyo on Friday, after the country's nuclear regulator greenlighted the facility to release nuclear-contaminated water into the ocean. Earlier in the day, Japan's Nuclear Regulation Authority issued an acceptance certificate to the Tokyo Electric Power Company to approve the nuclear-contaminated water discharge facility at the crippled Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant.
