International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) chief Rafael Grossi met with representatives of South Korea's largest opposition party, the Democratic Party of Korea, which has been critical of Japan's plan to discharge contaminated wastewater from the Fukushima nuclear plant into the Pacific. Grossi's visit has led to mass protests in Seoul.
