Japanese expert questions safety of radioactive water discharge

Japanese nuclear expert Hajime Matsukubo has raised concerns over his government's decision to dump nuclear-contaminated water from the Fukushima nuclear power plant into the ocean, stressing that the so-called "treated water" is still radioactive.
