Covering an area of about 1,333 hectares, Tianjin Huadian Haijing's 1000MWP salt-light complementary solar project was put into use on Saturday. The project, which combines power generation, salt production and fisheries, is expected to provide around 1.5 billion kilowatt-hours of electricity to the grid each year.
