U.S. government has announced on July 7 to provide cluster munitions to Ukraine, as part of a new military aid package worth up to $800 million. Professor Teng Jianqun, the director of the Center for Diplomatic Studies at Hunan Normal University, says that he doesn't think such military aid will provide a peaceful solution to the conflict between Russia and Ukraine.
