2 dead, several injured after bridge collapses in Thailand

Two people were crushed to death inside their vehicle when a bridge under construction collapsed in Bangkok's Lat Krabang district, Thailand shortly after 6 p.m. local time on July 10.
An initial investigation found that a crane that was lifting the four-lane concrete road segment overturned, leading to the section crashing to the ground, local media reported.
Several other people were injured, including workers on top of the bridge, officials said.
