Live: Trace the history of the Silk Road at China Silk Museum

A feature exhibition, "The Silk Roads: Long Roads & Mutual Goals," opens today at the China National Silk Museum in east China's Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province, showcasing more than 100 pieces of national treasure excavated along the ancient Silk Road. The exhibition runs until August 22.

Silk Road Week was first inspired by the Chang'an-Tianshan Silk Road Corridor becoming a United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) World Heritage on June 22, 2014. Since its 2020 debut, UNESCO has given the event its support. More than 200 cultural organizations and institutions from around the world participate in the event.
