NATO countries have agreed on the declaration language of Ukraine's admission to the alliance, Reuters reported on Tuesday citing sources.
"We will be in a position to extend an invitation to Ukraine to join the alliance when allies agree and conditions are met," Reuters quoted a source as saying.
